As a native of San Miguel de Allende, Fabián has witnessed the city’s evolution into a world-class destination. He has the ability to provide an informed perspective on the different areas of the town and the characteristics that make them different. Thanks to his family connections in the real estate environment, Fabián combines his knowledge of the subject with his administrative experience and with his professional career at the Tecnológico de Monterrey.
After spending a brief period in the real estate division of Coca-Cola in Querétaro, Fabián obtained his certificate as an investment agent and worked with the national firm Actinver Investment Group, where he specialized in investments with high-profile clients, which gave him the opportunity to meet the needs of real estate investors.

He has experience in construction having built a couple of spec houses, and his own home.
